I am passionate about art and the Spanish language. This passion drives me to want to help students who struggle with either topic. I want my pupils to gain confidence in their skill set and enjoy what they are learning. I tailor my lessons to each individual person's needs because I know that everyone learns differently. I strive to provide my students with the necessary tools to help them become confident, independent learners. I believe that when you learn a language, you benefit from also learning about their culture, heritage, and more. I incorporate these things into my lesson plans to help the student feel more connected to the information they are learning. I also allow my students to express themselves freely, making them feel safe and free to learn at their pace. I have experience learning several languages. I have also spent many years teaching, so I have plenty of tricks and techniques to teach people from all walks of life. I exercise patience and encourage my pupils to overcome their fears and work through their frustrations. I would love to help you or your student achieve their academic goals.
